为强化知识产权司法保护服务工作，护航新质生产力发展，浙江省湖州市长兴县人民法院联合长兴国家大学科技园设立“中小微企业知识产权全生命周期司法保护中心”，并专门配备知识产权巡回审判庭。4月17日，一起涉生物制药产品商标侵权案件在这里巡回审理，人大代表及科技园内的企业家代表来到现场旁听观摩。
庭审结束后，承办法官和人大代表一同走访园区企业，发放商业秘密风险提示、知识产权保护典型案例等手册。针对科研人员提出的研发专利生物反应器及专利生物菌过程中易发的知识产权问题，法官结合实际案例进行专业解答，以司法助力生物制造绿色产业。

4月13日至18日，第五届中国国际消费品博览会在海南举办。为做好参展企业知识产权保护工作，助推国际旅游消费中心建设，海南自由贸易港知识产权法院派出法官团队，以“一站式”服务+携“法”巡馆的形式，开展协同处理涉知识产权纠纷、法律咨询、法治宣传等工作。

3月，吉林省四平市铁西区人民法院依法公开审理孙某某等四人假冒注册商标、销售假冒注册商标的商品案。法官牟嘉带领团队逐个分析假货物流单号、交易资金流水，在海量数据中准确锁定了销售数额和违法获利金额。
同时，铁西区法院还向属地市场监管部门发出制假售假源头治理建议，推动属地行政执法部门建立重点商品溯源机制。

山东省成武县人民法院跨区域管辖曹县、单县、定陶区、成武县标的额在100万元以下部分知识产权案件。
曹县，是中国汉服生产销售基地之一，被誉为“中国原创汉服生产之都”。然而，随着曹县汉服产业的蓬勃发展，侵犯企业知识产权的现象时有发生。
近日，成武县人民法院知识产权法庭干警来到曹县大集镇，向汉服生产厂家和经销商讲解知识产权相关法律法规，增强大家尊重和保护知识产权的意识。
