为全面总结2024年度镇街妇联工作，谋划2025年工作思路，进一步提升妇联工作实效，2024年12月31日顺义区妇联组织召开镇（街）妇联主席工作汇报会，区妇联全体班子成员、各镇（街）妇联主席、专职副主席及全体机关人员共计70余人参加会议。

会上，25个镇（街）妇联主席立足岗位实际，紧紧围绕2024年度重点工作、成效、特色亮点进行汇报，并对2025年工作思路进行谋划。区妇联班子成员结合各自分管工作对2025年工作进行提示。
区妇联党组书记、主席肖雅文充分肯定了各镇（街）妇联一年来工作开展情况，并对2025年妇女工作提出了要求：
一是，坚持党的全面领导，党建带妇建，以党建引领妇女事业发展。切实将党的二十届三中全会精神、中国妇女十三大、北京市妇女十五大和区委六届九次全会提出的任务部署落细落实，将妇联工作全面融入顺义发展的中心大局、融入顺义区现代化建设当中。各级妇联干部，要加强政治理论学习，用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑、指导实践，把习近平总书记对妇女儿童和妇联工作的重要论述、重要指示精神落到实处，形成顺义妇女工作的亮点特色和生动实践。
二是，发挥示范引领和巾帼榜样的带动作用，持续营造“顺义好风气”。举办丰富多彩妇女儿童活动。深入挖掘典型人物、典型事迹，发挥好妇联巾帼榜样的引领示范带动作用，持续弘扬巾帼志愿服务精神，使巾帼志愿服务活动更加深入人心。
三是，重视家庭工作，做好交友联谊及树立正确婚恋观、生育观的工作。深化爱心妈妈关爱服务，关心关爱困境儿童和特殊人群，深入基层，倾听妇女心声。持续做好家庭支持服务，开展好婚恋交友、寒暑假儿童关爱、家庭教育指导、“一老一小”志愿服务等工作，确保“1+N”结对机制切实发挥作用，让爱心妈妈的善举温暖人心、温暖社会。
四是，发挥好“联”字优势。各镇街发挥上下联动作用，挖掘和利用各领域志愿者和文艺骨干人才，整合高质量的教师资源、课程资源，组织亲子活动、家庭教育、科普阅读、法律咨询等活动，办好妇儿中心民生实事，让民生实事落得更实，凝聚更多的优秀女性为妇女儿童工作做好服务。
