为持续发挥文化馆全民艺术普及的核心功能，满足群众精神文化需求，海淀区文化馆（北馆）将开展2025年第二季度公益文艺培训。本期涵盖了舞蹈、声乐、器乐、书画等多种艺术门类，共计64期，1138个名额，欢迎大家踊跃报名。

一、报名条件
1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律。
2.报名者年龄需符合各班级对学员年龄的要求，详见课程表中的标注。
二、报名规定
1.本期报名共分为三个场次，每场次每个账号仅可报一门，请大家严格遵守。
2.请大家珍惜公共文化资源，开课当天凡未到场上课的学员不予扫描报名二维码；无故旷课、事假超过三次者，将直接移出本期班级群，取消本期上课资格；未报名者，谢绝旁听。

注意事项
1.课程分为初级班和提高班，红色字体均为提高班，需要有同类课程基础班学习经历并且学习效果较好的学员才可以报名；
2.所有课程每周一节，每期十节。
四、报名时间
本次培训课报名分为三个场次：
周五、六、日课程报名于4月9日10:00开始，10日24:00截止。
周一、周二课程报名于4月9日14:00开始，13日24:00截止。
周三、周四课程报名于4月9日16:00开始，13日24:00截止。
五、报名步骤
（一）注册文旅@海淀—海淀文旅公共服务数字平台（两种方法）
1.扫描二维码关注“海淀北部文化馆”微信公众号，进入公众号点击底部菜单“数字平台”触屏版进行注册登录.

（二）实名认证
本次培训活动需要进行实名认证，请根据以下提示提前完成实名认证操作。认证成功后将进入审核阶段，审核时间为工作日09:00-18:00。提交认证信息后，审核结果将在1个工作日内完成，请您耐心等待。

（三）报名
扫码查看报名链接或进入数字平台首页→在培训课或热门推荐板块中查找相关报名链接→查看课程表→点击“我要报名”→选择想要参加的培训课程，并勾选报名人→点击确定→再次点击确认订单，完成报名流程。（每期报满10个名额开班，开班后会收到短信通知；至报名截止仍不满10个学员的班级将暂停开班。）

注：如果您已实名认证，但是报名人下方的名字为灰色，可能为您的年龄不符合报名要求；若报名课程无法选中，则表示该课程人员已经报满。
（四）报名验证
1.已报名成功的学员会收到数字平台的短信通知，收到通知后请登录数字平台，首页→右下角“我的”→“活动订单”或“我的订单”→查询报名二维码。可事先将二维码截图保存。
2.报名线下课程成功的学员，请根据上课时间按时到馆内指定教室上课，向任课老师出示报名二维码进行验票。
3.报名线上课程成功的学员，请提前下载钉钉软件，并于4月13日前在下方扫描相应的钉钉课程群二维码实名进群。进群的学员一定要主动给任课老师出示报名二维码进行验票，未报名的学员请勿进群。
