各省、自治区住房城乡建设厅，直辖市住房城乡建设（管）委、北京市农业农村局：
为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于传统村落保护的重要指示精神，学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神，落实党中央、国务院决策部署，我部总结各地在健全传统村落保护管理制度、构建传统村落保护多方参与机制、创新传统村落保护利用方式、传承优秀建筑文化、传承和弘扬优秀传统文化等方面的经验做法，形成《传统村落保护利用可复制经验清单（第二批）》，现印发给你们，请结合实际学习借鉴，进一步提高传统村落保护利用工作水平。
